Refund policy
We gladly accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be returned in original, saleable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, unstained, unaltered, free of pet fur, with original tags attached, in the original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, contact us here with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for return instructions before sending your item back.
Return shipping is arranged by the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is a $14.99 flat rate. We recommend keeping proof of postage and tracking for carrier reference.
If your return is approved, we’ll email return instructions and the correct return address. Where available, we may provide a return label.
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Orders ship to the address entered at purchase.
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the package is delivered to that address, we may be unable to recover the order. If the item cannot be recovered and returned in original condition, we may be unable to approve a refund or provide a replacement. If you would like the item shipped again to the correct address, a new order may be required.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us here promptly with your order number and a photo so we can evaluate and resolve it.
Gift cards, custom products (special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (where applicable), and items marked final sale (where applicable) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us here before sending anything back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
Refunds may not be approved if the return does not meet the conditions outlined above.A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns and will be deducted from the refund amount.
